Adult beverages?  Yes! Due to the nature of the ABC license at RSRC, there will be a cash bar selling beer, wine, and specialty, themed drinks  (cash, card, or club account). 

Attire?  Don the Emerald Hue, Skip the Pinch, and Stay True! 

Donations? If I cannot attend in person, can I still donate to the fundraiser? Absolutely! There is a donation option on the ticket-purchasing platform. > " Add a donation for Raintree Rapids Swim Team"

Food? Savor the essence of Ireland with every bite – it's a leprechaun-approved adventure in appetizers. A spread of delightful bites like tiny pots of gold, featuring flavors that dance an Irish jig on your taste buds. 

Games? Games are a fun way to raise money for the team. Each year we will have a variety of on-theme games including, 1.l Heads or Tails using purchased necklaces or rings as your "number of lives" to stay in the coin-flipping game. The last person wearing the necklace or ring wins! The winner will receive a spectacular prize !   2. A 50/50 raffle works just like any other raffle where participants purchase tickets for a chance to win a prize if their name is drawn. The prize is half of the gross proceeds (aka the amount raised through ticket sales). 3. Irish Toss- A Gold Ring around that Irish Whiskey Bottle wins you a liquid gold prize. 4. A silent auction is a chance to bid on and win dozens of prizes donated by individuals and local businesses.

Tickets? Should I print my tickets? You may print your tickets or show the scannable barcode on your phone. How do I buy raffle, game, or auction tickets? All game and auction tickets will be sold pre-sale and in-person in $5 increments only. We will not have the ability to make change but will be accepting Venmo, Apple Pay, and Credit Card tap to pay. Are tickets refundable? Tickets are transferable but not refundable. This is because this is a fundraising event. How long do I have to buy tickets? Tickets will be sold until one week prior to the event. Ticket sales are being offered on a first-come, first-serve basis to swim team families first, but will be opened up to the Raintree community at large two weeks prior to the event. 

What is included in the ticket price? This is a fundraiser event. The funds raised by ticket sales will be used to cover new swim team equipment, apparel, hospitality and fun day events, operational costs, and experiences that create lasting memories for all of our swimmers.  This helps us keep our registration fees very low. As a thank you, at the event we will have food, music, games, raffles, auctions, a photo booth, and more FUN!!
